When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you submit an event, we collect your name and email for moderation purposes. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
We use Supabase Auth for authentication. Your password is never stored by us — it is handled entirely by Supabase’s authentication service. You may also sign in via Google OAuth.
We use essential cookies for authentication and security purposes only. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Account data is retained until you request deletion. Submitted event information is retained in our directory. You may request removal of your personal data by contacting us.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this through your account settings, or contact us for assistance.
